Principles of Electric Ball Valves
1. Principle of electric ball valve: Electric ball valve is a combination of plug type ball valve and electric actuator. The valve body structure of the ball valve is a valve core with a rotation of 90 degrees, and the electric actuator is a standard signal with an input of 0-10 milliamperes. The motor group drives the gear turbine worm angle torque to open and adjust the valve. Its use mainly relies on the adjustment operation of electrical flow.
2. Composition of electric ball valves: Commonly used electric actuators include multi turn, single turn, intelligent, angular stroke, straight stroke, explosion-proof, and precision small actuators. And ball valves mainly include floating ball valves, fixed ball valves, O-shaped ball valves, V-shaped ball valves, three-way ball valves, etc. Integrating its execution with ball valves can produce diverse products. You can also add a control box for remote operation, and add other accessories to the actuator to achieve more functional applications. Application of electric ball valves: Electric ball valves have been widely used in industries such as oil, natural gas, medicine, food, hydropower, nuclear power, electricity, water supply and drainage, heating, and metallurgy, and are crucial mechanical products for national defense construction. It is also an indispensable product for technological construction. It occupies a lot of market share, mainly due to various reasons such as strong functionality, small size, reliable performance, large flow capacity, lightweight and pleasant, and remote control of electric ball valves. Electric ball valves are not only good products for throttling, cut-off, on-off, and flow conversion, but also the preferred product in flow regulation systems. It has various characteristics such as pressure resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low flow resistance, long service life, and wide application range.
4. Precautions for electric ball valves: The ambient temperature should be controlled within -25 ℃ -70 ℃. In two or more situations, explosion-proof electric ball valves should be selected, such as unstable current, environmental corrosion, flammable and explosive situations, special media, and long-term maintenance free. Due to the complex structure of the electric motor, it should not be disassembled on its own in case of failure to prevent accidents. Under no circumstances shall electric ball valves be knocked or items placed together. Maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment and inspect and maintain the valves as scheduled.
